Description

The heater and ventilation maintain pleasant temperature in car salon.

The left display serves for indication of the set temperature from the driver, and right for indication of the set temperature from the forward passenger.

All modes of the conditioner join and switched off by pressing of keys. At the included mode in the corresponding key the diode burns.

Filter

The filter substantially reduces quantity of a dust containing in external air, pollen, gases etc.

Element of the filter change according to the maintenance Schedule.

At strong air pollution more frequent replacement of a filtering element can be demanded.

Arriving via stitched channels and distributed then on all salon air is removed through exhaust cracks under back glass. Therefore do not close them clothes subjects, etc. things.

The actual value of temperature is displayed in the form of segment indication of the display located over keys.

In a mode of the maximum heatproductivity on the display indication the MOVE is deduced. At minimum established temperature (external temperature) on the display MIN indication is deduced.

Switching of value of temperature for the driver on the party of the forward passenger and on the contrary occurs in more long simultaneous pressing of keys (-) and (+) from the driver or the forward passenger. The new established temperature is deduced on indication of the corresponding display. There is a return possibility to earlier established temperature. For this purpose the driver or a lobby the passenger should establish anew temperature on the display.

Having warmed (defrosting) of glasses

As fast as possible defreezes and drains wind and lateral glasses.

The temperature is regulated automatically. The maximum supply of air is carried out mainly on channels 1 and 2.

The mode of air circulation is switched off by key pressing.

Fan adjustment (-) (+)

Frequency of rotation of the fan can decrease and increase.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

For adjustment of turns of the fan (supply of air) press a key (-) or (+) (C).

The actual turns of the fan it is displayed in the form of segment indication of the display located over keys.

We recommend, at movement with small speed, to turn on the fan on low power.

For hit prevention in salon of the polluted external air include in key pressing a mode of circulation (F).

Air distribution

It is possible to change a mode of distribution of air.

Probably both separate, and the combined manipulation keys, and, (D). Three keys have the following appointment. Numbers correspond to nozzles and deflectors.

Supply of air to glasses

All consumption of air is realized on channels 1 and 2. Unlike a mode the amount of air does not change.

Supply of air from the dashboard

All consumption of air is realized with giving via dashboard deflectors 3 and 4, and also the central console behind.

Supply of air in space for feet

All consumption of air is realized via stitched channels 5 and nozzles under forward seats.

In the given positions of the air distributor some leakage of air via other deflectors always takes place.

The conditioner completely automatically supports the set temperature mode in car salon. The conditioner reacts also to sunlight and consequently manual adjustment is not required. For this reason the automatic mode almost in all cases represents optimum option of good health in the car at any time years.

At high external temperature and humidity from the evaporator the condensed water can drip, forming under the car I tin. It normally and is not a depressurization sign!

This mode is possible only in a temperature range from +18°С to +29°С. At the established temperature less +18°С on the display there is «LO» indication. At temperature more +29°С there is «HI» indication. In the final provisions "LO" and "HI" the system constantly works in a mode maximum hlado-or heat of productivity. Thus there is no temperature regulation.

By long pressing of the <AUTO> key from the driver it is possible to switch a mode of regulation of temperature to the party of the forward passenger and on the contrary. Indication of new temperature is deduced on the display.

The temperature in salon can be set separately for the party of the driver and the forward passenger.

In the ECON mode the compressor does not work. Function of a heater and the fan is regulated automatically. «ECON» are meant by "economy". Fuel is saved thanks to shutdown of the refrigerating unit (compressor).

Remember that in the ECON mode the temperature in salon should not be below external temperature. Otherwise air will not be cooled, and its humidity will not decrease. Glasses as a result can mist over.

Inclusion of the ECON mode of the car with the diesel engine disconnects an additional heater and by that fuel is saved.

Automatic mode of circulation

The sensor of quality of air defines the increased concentration of harmful substances in external air and automatically includes a circulation mode.

The automatic mode of circulation should be included whenever possible always.

The device is ready for operation in 30 seconds after inclusion of ignition/start of the engine. In this period in the car only external air arrives.

Degree of impurity of external air is estimated by the sensor of quality of air located in the conditioner which, depending on impurity level, gives team of purification of air by means of serially established filter of harmful substances or team of inclusion of a mode of circulation. At high concentration of harmful substances the conditioner is automatically switched in a mode of circulation and, thereby, access of external air to salon is blocked. At decrease in degree of impurity of external air in salon external air again starts to arrive.

The maximum duration of an automatic mode of circulation makes 12 minutes. At a zapotevaniye of glasses at once press a key.

Under certain conditions operation (for example, program situation or ) the automatic mode of circulation is switched off. In the ECON mode and temperature less - 8°С time of an automatic mode of circulation is limited twelve (12) seconds.

The conditioner automatically regulates frequency of rotation of the fan depending on temperature in salon. The amount of air can be regulated also at will manually. The actual frequency of rotation is displayed in the form of segment indication of the display located over keys.

At operation of the conditioner in a cooling mode air arrives mainly on channels (3) and (4). For the purpose of effective cooling of salon never close completely channels (3) and (4).

Conditioner and economy of fuel

At sufficient sunlight the fan after switching off of ignition continues to work at solar energy in a mode of supply of external air.

After ignition switching off the fan is automatically switched to a food from the roof of solar energy located in the panel. Deflectors 3 and 4 should be open for optimum ventilation.

Ventilation works only at the closed/lifted panel of a roof.

At engine switching off in a circulation mode the conditioner is automatically switched to a mode of supply of external air.

Independent heater and fan

Description

The independent heater works irrespective of the engine. The principle of its work is based on fuel combustion. It is intended first of all for warming up of salon and facilitates defrosting of glasses.

The independent heater can be used as an additional heater both at the switched-off engine, and at movement (for example, at a stage of warming up of the engine).

The independent fan also works irrespective of the engine and effectively promotes decrease in temperature in salon of the car left on the sun.

Management of a mode independent heating/ventilation is carried out by means of information system of the driver (FIS). In the menu it is possible to program time and duration of inclusion. Period of operation of the independent heater/fan can fluctuate in limits from 15 to 60 minutes. The independent heater/fan can be switched on and off also remote радиоуправлением*.

At the programmed timer and at inclusion by means of remote radio management an operating mode (the independent heater or the fan) decides on the basis of a sravnivaniye established by you appropriate bodies of management of system of heating/ventilation or the temperature conditioner on the actual temperature in salon.

If fuel level in a tank reached a reserve, it is impossible to include an independent heater.

The independent heater the fan is disconnected at once at poorly charged accumulator. For safety of the accumulator do not include several times in a row independent heater.

Operation of an independent heater of the fan does not demand special setup of the conditioner. It is recommended to open supply of air.

At car operation on RME fuel (the diesel engine) application of an independent heater is not allowed.

For acceleration of cooling of an independent heater after each its switching off some time the circulating pump and the fan submitting hot air continue to work.

Programming

Programming and management is carried out through modes of setup of the display of information system of the driver of FIS, see. Information system of the driver (FIS).

Press the <MENU> key. There is an initial menu, see silt. Types of indication. Rotation of the rotary/press button establish a line of sample on Einstellen (control) (on a red background). In a mode «Incl. motor» (only some updatings of the car) a part of heat of an independent heater is in addition used for engine warming up.

After inclusion of an independent heater of the fan through the Heizung ein or Luftung ein menu (operative inclusion of a heater or the fan) or remote radio management are staticized the established parameters of duration of operation of the timer 1.

The maximum time of preliminary programming of the independent heater/fan makes 30 days. At input of the value exceeding this figure, a marker of control it is established for the greatest possible date.

At installation of already expired date the marker of control comes back to indication of today's date. If entered time of hours (timer) already expired, there is an automatic switching for tomorrow's date.

In the Hizen/Luften menu (heater/fan) choose the line Heizung ein (operative inclusion of a heater) or Luftung ein (operative turning on of the fan).

In pressing of the rotary/press button establish a tick, opposite to Heizung Ein. The independent heater/fan thereby turns on. Now control of other functions or an exit from the menu through the Zuruck team is possible

Duration of work after operative inclusion is defined by the set control of time of the timer 1 (Timer 1).

The operating mode (an independent heater or the independent fan) decides as a result of a sravnivaniye of the temperature established by you by appropriate bodies of management of system of heating/ventilation or the conditioner, on the actual temperature in salon.

Duration of operation of the independent heater/fan is defined by the set control of time of the timer 1 (Timer 1).

If you want to turn on again the independent heater/fan after the expiration of time of its work, it is necessary press in the beginning a key of switching off (3) and only then a key of inclusion (1).

At shutdown by a key (3) about three seconds the control lamp (2) transmitters burns.

Additional heater

For fast heating of salon cars with the diesel engine are completed with an additional heater. The additional heater joins and switched off automatically depending on temperature of cooling liquid, at temperature of external air less +5°С and the working engine.

The additional heater for economy of fuel can be switched off in pressing of the <Econ> key of the conditioner.

Heating of seats

There is a possibility of electroheating of pillows and backs of forward seats, and also both back lateral seats.

Forward seats

For inclusion and regulation of heating of a seat of the driver or the forward passenger rotate a regulator (1) or (2).

Back seats

For heating inclusion the corresponding corrugated handle is deduced from situation 0 and turns with installation in one of six possible temperature ranges.

Back seats are warmed only when finding passengers on them.

Are not on seats, on a lap and do not subject separate points of a surface of a seat to influence by different way not to damage heating elements.

Heating of a steering wheel

Heating of a steering wheel joins/is switched off together with heating of a seat of the driver.

If the temperature in salon makes less 20°С, at inclusion of heating of a seat there is an automatic inclusion of heating of a steering wheel. The temperature of heating of a steering wheel is set in advance and is not regulated.
