Owing to automatic self-installation of the parking brake its adjustment, as a rule, is not required. Adjustment of the parking brake is required only in case of replacement of a cable, back supports or brake disks. Adjustment conditions: Air should be removed from the main brake system, brakes should be serviceable. The lever of the parking brake, cables and holders should be completely established. |

Mark with an arrow the direction of rotation of the tire. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a wheel. Lift and establish on supports the car.
Remove an ashtray and the panel of inclusion of heating of a back seat, address to the Section Removal and ashtray installation.
Take out from the central console a cover located over a latch of the parking brake.

Insert into both back supports wooden remote laying in thickness And = 1.5 mm.

Press strongly a brake pedal not less than three times. Thus resistance should be felt appreciable.
Release the lever of the parking brake and establish it in a starting position.

Press the unblocking button. Thus both latches (3) should catch eyes of a cable of the parking brake, and the label (2) should show back. (1) – nut of the lever of the parking brake.

Release the unblocking button.
Tighten strongly the lever of the parking brake not less than three times.
Establish the lever in a starting position and press the unblocking button. Thus both latches should catch eyes of a cable of the parking brake.
Release the unblocking button, establish the lever of the parking brake in a starting position and remove remote laying in supports.

Check with the help щупа position of the lever at supports. The distance (And) between the lever and an emphasis should make from 0 to 1.5 mm. If this size another, carry out adjustment of the parking brake.

Establish into place a cover over a latch.
Establish into place an ashtray and the panel of inclusion of heating of a back seat, address to the Section Removal and ashtray installation.
