General information

Flywheel, basket and coupling disk

1 — the Flywheel
The adjacent surface turned towards frictional slips, should be smooth, and not have some oil and greasing. Watch the reliable provision of aligning pins.
2 — the Bolt for a flywheel. Surely replace. Attention: Clear shlitsa of primary shaft of a check point and at installation of the disk which was in work of coupling a nave. Remove a rust.
without a two-mass flywheel: 60Нм + 90 °.
with a two-mass flywheel and length of bolts of 22.5 mm: 60Нм + 90 °
at length of bolts of 43 mm: 60Нм + 180 °

3 — the Conducted disk of coupling
Adjusting situation: Dempfiruyushchy a package (springs) should be turned towards a press disk. Frictional overlays of a conducted disk should adjoin to a flywheel, an inscription «the check point party» if it is available, is turned to a press disk.
4 — Press a disk. Observe the provision of installation
5 — the Bolt 25Нм. Turn on and turn in stages
А/В Color points. If are available, the white point (And) should be from a two-mass flywheel, and a white point (In) - a press disk

On considered models one-disk dry coupling with a diafragmenny spring is established.

Coupling consists of a basket with the press disk, a conducted disk, the bearing of switching off of coupling and a hydraulic drive.

The basket of coupling is connected by bolts to a flywheel which is in turn fixed on cranked to an engine shaft. Between a press disk and a flywheel there is a conducted disk of coupling which nestles on a flywheel a press disk. The conducted disk of coupling is connected through shlitsevy connection with primary shaft of a transmission.

By pressing of a pedal of coupling with the help of a hydraulic actuator the bearing of switching off of coupling presses a spring of a press disk. Press the disk and a conducted disk thus unloads does not nestle any more on a flywheel. Power communication between the engine and transmission interrupts.

Coupling of all models with RKPP has a hydraulic drive. Working liquid is brake liquid which arrives from the general tank of brake liquid.

At each inclusion and coupling switching off owing to a friction there is a wear of frictional overlays of a conducted disk. The conducted disk is a wearing-out element of coupling. Its average service life makes over 100 000 km. Speed of wear depends on loading (movement with the trailer) and management style the car. Coupling does not demand service, since it being self-established.

The majority of engines is equipped with a two-mass flywheel. Such flywheel has spring демпфирующую the system, allowing to extinguish the krutilny fluctuations arising at operation of the engine. Besides, the noise level on low turns thus decreases. The coupling disk at such flywheel consists of a nave, a conducted payment and frictional slips. Springs are not established to Dempfiruyushchiye.
