Check of pressure of oil and pressure sensor The manometer is necessary for check with possibility of its vvorachivaniye in the sensor of pressure of oil. The sensor of pressure is on the holder of the oil filter or near the holder. Check

Check oil level in the engine, if necessary, add.
Warm up the engine to working temperature. For this purpose pass on the car until the fan of a radiator will not turn on, and then again will not be switched off.
Diesel engine of 1.9 l: Remove the top cover of the engine, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine / the bottom protection of an impellent compartment/stretcher.

Turn out the sensor of pressure of oil (2) on a flange of the oil filter and screw the device for check (And).
|
|
Screw the device instead of the pressure sensor in the holder of the oil filter.
Connect a brown wire (1) device to weight (-).
Attach a control diode lamp to positive contact of the battery (+) and to the relay of pressure of oil. The light-emitting diode should not light up.
If the light-emitting diode lights up, replace the relay of pressure of oil.

If the light-emitting diode does not light up
|
|
Start the engine.
|
|
During start of a starter watch a light-emitting diode since the point of turning on of the sensor of pressure can be passable already at start. |
Petrol engine: At pressure of oil 1.2 – 1.6 atm. the light-emitting diode should light up, otherwise it is necessary to replace the sensor of pressure.
Diesel engine of 1.9 l: At pressure of oil 0.55 - 0.85 atm. the light-emitting diode should light up, otherwise it is necessary to replace the sensor of pressure.
Diesel engine of 2.5 l: At pressure of oil 0.75 – 1.05 atm. the light-emitting diode should light up, otherwise it is necessary to replace the sensor of pressure.

Check of pressure of oil

Start the engine on single turns. Remove value of pressure of oil from the device and compare it to the value given in Specifications.
Increase number of turns to 2000 rpm. Consider value of pressure of oil from the device and compare it to the value given in Specifications.

If demanded value of pressure of oil is not reached
|
|
Check existence of mechanical damages to the engine, for example, damage of bearings of a cranked shaft (work HUNDRED).
If necessary, replace the holder of the oil filter with a safety valve or the oil pump.
|
|
At increase of number of turns of the engine of pressure of oil should not exceed 7.0 atm. Otherwise check oil channels. If necessary, replace the holder of the oil filter with a safety valve. |
Diesel engine of 1.9 l: Establish into place the top cover of the engine.
