Removal

Petrol engines 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 of l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Turn out bolts and nuts (shooters on an accompanying illustration) uncover (also) the engine.
    Remove, if necessary, the right top cover of the engine.
    Disconnect the electromagnetic valve of an adsorber of the fulfilled gases (1) at an air line and put it aside.
    Turn out screws (shooters) and remove an air line (2).

Petrol engines 2.4 and 3.0 of l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove up the right cover of the engine (1) in an impellent compartment.
    Remove up a back cover of the engine in the arrow direction.
    Remove up a forward cover of the engine in the arrow direction on an accompanying illustration.
    If necessary, disconnect and take out a lateral top cover of an impellent compartment.

Diesel engine of 1.9 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Take out the index of level of oil from a directing pipe.
 
    Disconnect covers (arrows on an accompanying illustration) and unscrew nuts lying under them.
    Remove up an engine cover иснимите then the damper of noise lying under it.
 
    Insert the index of level of oil into directing pipe.
 

Diesel engine of 2.5 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Take out up an engine cover from holders.

Installation

Installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.

Operation of lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before carrying out operation familiarize with Poddomkrachivaniye's Section and towage.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lift and establish on supports a forward part of the car.
    Turn out screws (1). To establish the forward panel in situation for carrying out servicing, it is necessary to turn out only three forward screws, address to the Section Installation of the forward panel in situation for maintenance and an accompanying illustration.
    Turn out screws (2) and remove a forward cover of the engine from the bottom.
    Depending on the engine turn out screws (3) and remove a back cover of the engine from the bottom.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Installation is carried out in sequence. return to removal. Lower the car on wheels.

Stretcher

Bolts of fastening of a stretcher.
