Mark on a maple belt with chalk or a felt-tip pen the direction of its rotation.

Change of the direction of rotation of the belt which was in work can lead to its gap.

Turn out bolts of fastening of a tension roller of a maple belt of the compressor (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) and thus weaken a belt.

Incline the device of a tension of a maple belt in the arrow direction on an accompanying illustration and thus weaken a belt.

Remove maple a belt and unload the tension device.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Put on maple a belt (And) pulleys of a cranked shaft (1), the pump of the hydraulic booster (2), a tension roller (3) and the fan with the vyazkostny coupling (4).
Incline the device of a tension of a maple belt in the arrow direction.
In the last turn put on maple a belt a pulley of the generator (5) and unload the tension device. Put on maple a belt (In) a pulley of a cranked shaft (1), the compressor (6) and the device of a tension (7).
Establish a dinamometrichesky key (C), as is shown in an accompanying illustration, on a shestigrannik of a tension roller (1) and tighten a tension roller the moment 30Нм.
In this situation tighten screws (2) the moment 20Нм. Start the engine and check visually belt work. Thus pay attention to the correct provision of a belt on pulleys.
