Removal and installation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units

2 — the Semi-automatic device of a tension of a gear belt
3 — Klinova a belt
4 — Bolts, 25Нм
5 — the Holder of the generator, the pump of the power steering and the conditioner compressor
6 — Bolts, 40Нм
7 — the Generator
8 — Screws, 20Нм
9 — the Screw, 40Нм
10 — the Bolt, 20Нм

11 — the power steering Pump
12 — Bolts, 40Нм
13 — the conditioner Compressor. At installation watch directing plugs in openings
14 — Bolts, 20Нм
15 — the Wheel of a cranked shaft. Installation is possible only in one situation: the adjusting opening of a wheel should be over a ledge on a wheel of a gear belt
16 — Bolts with a fillet, 10Нм + 90 °. Surely replace. Attention: It is authorized to apply only original bolts
17 — the Directing roller. It is fixed on the holder of the generator, the pump of the hydraulic booster and the conditioner compressor
18 — the Special bolt of a directing roller, 25Нм

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Change of the direction of rotation of belt already being in work can lead to its break.

Incline the tension device for weakening of a maple belt in the arrow direction on an accompanying illustration A.

Fix the device of a tension of opravky T10060 (the shooter on an accompanying illustration B).

Remove maple a belt.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check, whether all units (the generator, the compressor, the pump) are reliably established. Put on maple a belt according to a label of the direction of rotation. At cars with the conditioner in the last turn put on a belt the compressor. Incline the tension device in the arrow direction (In) a little and take out a lock finger (And). After that slowly return the tension device to a starting position. Thus check, whether the belt on pulleys correctly lies. Start the engine and let's to it work on single turns. Visually check a belt.
