Surely replace bolts of fastening of a head of the cylinders, being self-stopped nuts, the bolts tightened by a dinamometrichesky key, and also sealing rings and laying. If the replaceable head of cylinders is established, before installation of a cover of a head of cylinders it is necessary to grease all contact surfaces between basic elements, roller levers and sliding surfaces of cams of a camshaft. For protection of open valves it is authorized to delete plastic laying only before installation of a head of cylinders. The head of cylinders acts in film only on the cold engine (not higher than body temperature).
Remove maple a belt and the tension device.
Remove a gear belt, address to the Section Removal and installation of a gear belt.
The fuel system is under pressure! Before a detachment of hoses close connection by a thick rag. Then, carefully turning on a hose, remove pressure.
After opening топливопроводов close openings to exclude hit in fuel system of dirt.
Remove the inlet pipeline.
At removal of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases watch that the stykovochny element in an exhaust pipe was not bent more than on 10 °.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover a head of cylinders cross-wise.

Unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in sequence with 1 on 10 at first on a half of turn, and then in the same sequence completely.

Instructions on installation
|
|
In the presence of cracks between saddles of valves or between a saddle and a carving opening under a candle the head of cylinders can be used further if the width of cracks does not exceed 0.3 mm or only the first 4 rounds of a carving are mentioned.
In deaf openings under bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in the block of cylinders availability of oil or cooling liquid is not allowed. Remove oil or liquid with a rag and a screw-driver.
New laying of a head of cylinders take out from packing only directly ahead of installation.
Address with sealing laying extremely carefully. Damages of laying lead to tightness loss.
Carefully clear sealing surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders. Thus watch that on surfaces there were no flutes or scratches of big length (at emery paper application its granularity should not exceed 100 units).
Carefully remove the emery paper remains.
If the cranked shaft in the course of work was turned - establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT and again turn a cranked shaft back a little, address to the Section Removal and installation of a gear belt.
Before installation to the place of a head of cylinders establish cranked and distributive shaft in position VMT of the first cylinder, address to the Section Removal and installation of a gear belt.
For centering insert into a forward external opening for bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders directing opravka of AUDI-3450/2А or HAZET 2571-5.

Before installation of a head of cylinders check, it is possible to take out up directing opravka. If necessary, it is a little прошлифуйте a notch of a directing opravka. |
Establish new sealing laying so that the inscription on it (spare part number) could be read.
Establish a head of cylinders, insert the remained 8 bolts of fastening and tighten them by hand.
Turn out through openings for a bolt directing opravka, rotating it to the left.
Insert the remained 2 bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders and also tighten them by hand.

Tighten bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in sequence with 1 on 10 efforts given in Specifications.

Further installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
Establish into place a gear belt and adjust gazoraspredeleniye phases.
Establish maple a belt and the tension device.
Replace cooling liquid.
