Removal and installation of the air filter

For carrying out procedure on petrol engines address to illustrations:

Air filter. Petrol engine of 1.6 l of ALZ


1 — Filtroelement 2 — the Top part of the air filter 3 — the Air line 4 — Consolidation. In the presence of damages replace 5 — the Measuring instrument of weight of air with the sensor of temperature of soaked-up air. Tighten bolts the moment 6Нм 6 — the Screw, 2Нм	7 — the Heat-shielding screen 8 — the Support 9 — the Lower part of the air filter 10 — the Screw, 20нм 11 — Air lines to the forward panel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the top cover of the engine and the damper which was under it of fluctuations, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine / the bottom protection of an impellent compartment/stretcher.
Turn out screws (arrows on an accompanying illustration).
Take out an air line (1) and (2).
Disunite the socket (1) measuring instrument of weight of air.
Disconnect a hose of supply of air (2), previously having opened a collar.
Take aside a plait of wires at the case of the air filter and take out the filter case (the shooter on an accompanying illustration).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.

Diesel engine of 2.5 l

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the top cover of the engine, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine / the bottom protection of an impellent compartment/stretcher.

Remove the channel of absorption of air (1) to the air filter.

Uncover (2) air filters.

Disunite the socket (1).

Release a collar (2). Disconnect a hose (3) from the case of the air filter. Turn out the screw (4) and take out the case of the air filter.

Installation

Installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
