For removal of a screw spring the special adaptation is necessary. HUNDRED AUDIS apply to this purpose the adaptation for V.A.G compression. 1752/1, V.A.G adapter. 1752/9 and holder of a spring of V.A.G. 1752/16. |

Mark with an arrow on the tire the direction of rotation of a wheel. Weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel. Lift and establish on supports a back part of the car and remove a wheel.

Establish on a spring the adaptation for spring compression with an adapter and the holder of a spring. If necessary, at first insert the holder of a spring into rounds and then connect it to the adaptation. Thus watch to damaging the trapetsiidalny lever.

It is necessary to compress four rounds. If it is not possible, compress three rounds and then turn a spring so that it was possible to compress four rounds. Watch the correct provision of a spring in the holder. Danger of accident! |

Compress the adaptation against the stop and remove a spring.

Installation
|
|
At installation of a new spring watch that its conic end looked down. Color labels (an arrow B on an accompanying illustration) should show down.
|

Insert a pin of a support of a spring (1) into an opening of the trapetsiidalny lever (2).
Turn the spring end so that it lay on a support emphasis springs (arrow A).
Insert the top laying of a spring (on an illustration it is not shown) into the top end of a spring.
Carefully weaken a spring. Thus level the provision of the top laying of a spring.
Observing the direction of rotation of a wheel, fix a back wheel. Lower the car on wheels and only after that tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel cross-wise the moment 120Нм.
