Removal and installation of the fan of a radiator

Petrol engines 1.6, 1.8 of l

Removal

Consolidations and sealing rings are surely replaced.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a front bumper, address to the Section Removal and installation of a front bumper. Establish the forward panel in situation for carrying out servicing, address to the Section Installation of the forward panel in situation for maintenance. Remove a radiator, address to appropriate section.
    Disunite sockets (1) and (2). Take aside electric wires of the electric motor of the fan.
    Disconnect the radiator fan from a casing (an arrow on an accompanying illustration).

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.

Diesel engine of 1.9 l

Here removal of the additional electrofan is described only. Fan removal with the vyazkostny coupling of the diesel engine of 1.9 l is described in the Section Removal and installation of a gear belt, engines of 1.9 l (AVB, AWX, AVF).

All cable collars which were removed or cut, at installation should be put on the places.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish the forward panel in situation for carrying out servicing, address to the Section Installation of the forward panel in situation for maintenance. Models with AT: Disconnect liquid hoses for AT at the top of and in the bottom of a radiator. Merge liquid in capacity and adhere the disconnected hoses to a longitudinal beam for prevention of a further effluence of liquid. Close hoses that dirt did not get to them.
    Disunite the socket (3) to the additional fan.
    Disconnect the control unit of the additional fan (2). Disunite the socket (1) switch of the klapanny lock. Take aside electric wires.
 
    Disconnect a fan casing (arrows on an accompanying illustration) and take out it.
    Disconnect the fan electric motor at a casing (an arrow on an illustration).

Installation

    Installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
