 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Uncover the lever of switching and the lever handle, address to the Section Removal and installation of a cover of the lever of switching of transfers/selector.
    Pull a slip (1) at first in the direction of an arrow (And) and then take out in the arrow direction (In).

At cars with the control panel of the conditioner located over an ashtray, it is necessary to extend the panel a little previously.

    Turn out fastening bolts (C) and take out an ashtray (2) of the central console.
    Take out up a dempfiruyushchy washer (1) and a damper of noise (2).
    Turn out bolts of fastening of a cover (an arrow on an accompanying illustration).
    Measure distance (and) between two carving fingers in a switching drive.

It is necessary to measure between centers fingers.

    The distance should be and = 85 mm. If the received value differs from specified, adjust distance (and) as follows: Weaken the screw (shooter) of fastening of a pushing bar. The pushing bar should move easily in both parties behind in a switching drive on ползуне.
    Adjust the size (and) by shift of a pushing bar behind. Tighten a bolt of fastening of a pushing bar the moment 25Нм.
    Weaken a bolt (the shooter on an accompanying illustration) in a switching drive. Connection pushing a bar/drive of switching should have an easy course.
    Establish the switching lever: The lever should be centered below in a spherical support. The distance from a spherical support to the switching lever below from all directions should be identical.
    Establish the lever vertically in the direction of movement and hold him in this situation.
    Tighten a bolt of fastening of a bar of switching the moment 25Нм.
    Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of protection against noise by the moment 10Нм. Watch the provision of installation: The arrow on a cover specifies in the direction "forward".
    The inclusion button with the fixing mechanism: Establish the button together with a cover of the lever of switching on the lever and turn a connecting element against the stop. The inclusion button with a tightening collar: Establish the button of inclusion by a snovy collar on the lever of switching and squeeze a collar flat-nose pliers. If necessary, establish the control unit the conditioner and an ashtray.
