Correction of laying of system of release / trailer pipe

After installation of system of release into place it is necessary to expose correctly it, otherwise there can be the tension leading to emergence of cracks and/or noise.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    The system of release is established in a cold condition. If release system hot, it is necessary to cool it to external temperature.

Operation of lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before carrying out operation familiarize with Poddomkrachivaniye's Section and towage.

    Lift and establish the car on supports.
    Models with the terminal plug: Weaken bolts of fastening of the terminal plug.
    Displace the additional exhaust silencer forward (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) so that the preliminary tightness on the right back collar of the additional exhaust silencer made and = 7-11 mm.
    Tighten evenly bolts of fastening of the terminal plug the moment 40Нм.

Models with the terminal plug located between preliminary and additional exhaust silencers

The preliminary exhaust silencer is necessary for exposing only at cars with the terminal plug located between preliminary and additional exhaust silencers.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Weaken bolts of fastening of the terminal plug, poses. 22 on an illustration System of production of the fulfilled gases. Engine of 2.0 l of ALT.
    Displace release system forward (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) so that the preliminary tightness on the right forward collar of the preliminary exhaust silencer made and = 7-9 mm.
    Tighten evenly bolts of fastening of the terminal plug the moment 40Нм.

Installation of a trailer pipe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Trailer pipe establish so that distance "and" at the left it was equal to distance "and" on the right. At the same time the distance from cut under a bumper to a pipe above made «b» = 20 mm.

Diesel engine of 2.5 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Modify the size "a" as follows: Weaken a nut (the shooter on an accompanying illustration) communication fastenings between exhaust pipes. Expose exhaust pipes evenly on the center. Tighten a nut the moment 23Нм.

Petrol engine of 2.5 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check distance "and" between a trailer pipe (1) bumper (2). It should make 40 mm.
